The Codex Sohrakia book series will be my universe’s philosophical and multi-dimensional foundation. Each of my other books, which will primarily be stand-alone stories, will be tied, to varying degrees, to the Codex Sohrakia series and to each other. That said, you will not be required to read Codex Sohrakia, or my other books, to enjoy The Devil’s Conquest. But if you want to understand the Dark Mythos behind the story's supernatural elements and find the cross-references between tales, do read Codex Sohrakia, and my other novels.

Louise E. (Amazon) ***** Impossible Not to Like

The endearing characters, Elsa and Eduard, are easy to love in spite of their "questionable" history and ongoing antics. As a reader, you can take the story at face value or take a deeper dive into the psychology and motivation behind the behavior. Either way, this is an entertaining read with lots of twists and turns you could not possibly see coming.

Andrea Womeldorf (Amazon) ***** Devil’s Conquest

I love this book from the first chapter. The writing was so descriptive I felt I could see exactly what was described. This is the first book I’ve taken the time to read in quite some time and I can’t wait for the next one. I was also pleasantly surprised by a nugget at the end of the book, I can imagine the author smiling as she included it (I won’t spoil the surprise by saying what I found, you’ll have to get the book for yourself). Highly recommend.

A steamy romance combined with a mystery that leads to a quest on the high seas, what could be better than that? This author puts you in the action with her descriptive prose and attention to historical details, even down to the speech dialects. It’s a fun read, one not to be missed if pirates be ye fare! Highly recommend!

Becca (Amazon) **** Pirates with a Twist

…The author did a great job. The main characters stood out well and were supported by brilliant minor characters.
I loved the language and the terms used as it added to the sense of place.
I loved Eduard and Elsa's professions and how they were used in the book.
Morvin was my favourite, purely as he was an excellently written villain.
It flowed, and the twist with magic was intriguing.
Overall, it's a pirate story with a difference. Definitely worth a read and I would read more from this author.
